D*C Thriller Dance

Some folks out there have come up with the brilliant idea to get D*C into the Guinness Book for the largest group of folks doing the thriller dance all together at once. I don't think there's been a recent update from them but it would only take 243 people from what I understand and I'm sure this can be done. This is their facebook: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=94488259317 . If anyone knows more about this, I wanna  hear it! Especially with MJ passing, I'm sure the interest could be drummed up.

Being as it looks as if I'll be the one "teaching" I'm checking out this method right now. As of right now, I don't know Thriller. LOL. Compared to what I've been having to learn with belly dance choreos this spring and summer, I'm thinking it's not going to be too hard. :) I'd recommend anyone that thinks they might want to participate to go ahead and be learning. If the Thrill the World method works for you then go for it. :)

This is what the William and Mary group used for their world-record effort, this way everyone would be doing the same thing. And Ines Markeljevic shows how to do the steps in excruciating detail. ;)

Those who can do it without instructions, more power to you, I just wouldn't even attempt it unless I could listen to Ines somehow! :)

I'm only on the 5th clip, but it sounds like it might be better than the ole 5 6 7 8! JAZZ HANDS!!!!!!!
