Dragon*Con picture fest!

Who is this girl? A friend of mine said that she was talking to Anthony Daniels during the masquerade and that she has a twin sister or something. Confusion reigns supreme as regards this woman!

That's a GREAT pic! The eyes particularly. I can't see anything to be critical of.
