Trailers & the Marriott

To anyone who has driven to D*C w/ a cargo trailer:

Is the Marriott able to accommodate a sedan pulling a standard U-Haul 8x5x5 trailer?  Any other suggestions for parking over the weekend (Thursday through Tuesday) ?

We've driven down in a loaded minivan the past 5 years, but circumstances have changed a bit.

Thanks in advance!

i would just venture a guess and say you're probably gonna have a pretty hard time with that in any parking deck.

Unload it, then have one person drive it to the airport to park and take the MARTA back. It's not any more expensive than the area garages (less so, I believe), and there's likely to be room for the trailer. Though honestly, I'd be very concerned about parking a rented trailer much of anywhere.

Out of curiosity, why do you need a cargo trailer? Are you a vendor?

I would also recommend you not try to pull the trailer into the valet area. Calling them and asking is an excellent idea because they might have a better spot for you to unload that.

I vend and park at the Marriott I've seen trailers in the past. They will charge you for 2 spots. They can take stuff up to 6 feet high. They hate my Ford F-150 but it does fit in Valet parking.
