Issues with Froggy Photos

Anybody else having issues communicating with Froggy's Photos?

I emailed them trying to get the status of my .jpg picture files that I paid for, but they have hot replied to my emails.

I'm kind of afraid of having the illusion ruined for me too; but luckily for me the celebs I met and talked to (Tom Felton, Alan Ruck, Bruce Davison, Gareth David-Lloyd and Karen Allen) were all extremely polite, funny and engaging. I was moved through Tom's line and photo-ops very quickly, but what little interaction I had with him gave me the impression that he's a class act. And I'm completely gaga over Alan Ruck now. Total sweetheart, very funny, and recognized me every time we bumped into each other.

Then again, I didn't meet any of the huge name stars, so .... *shrug*

Why can I never bump into stars randomly? *sigh*

Yeah I don't want the illusion ruined either, but Christopher Judge was very nice when I met him, got his autograph and he let me take a picture of him with me at his autograph table.

And about have Shatner, Nimoy, and Stewart all there, yeah it probably caused problems but I will never fogret the Shatner Nimoy panel, ever, EVER.
