looking for a dvd vendor

Can someone please help.. at DragonCon this year there was a table set-up selling dvds. One dvd for sale was for the WB series Birds of Prey. Does anyone know who this was and how I might get in touch with them? I really want a copy of this show.

I was unable to attend the convention this year but a friend told me about it. So if anyone has any information about this vendor and dvd, I'd really appreciate it.
