Question about Dragon*Con Guest of Honor Awards Banquet

We paid for the banquet tickets when paying for our memberships (hubby and myself) but haven't gotten anything in the mail about it. When our membership cards came in they were not checked for attending the banquet. 1) Who/how do we confirm we have tickets for the banquet (calling isn't working) and 2) What do people wear to this banquet?
