You get digitals of the photos, which is where the cost comes in. A significant part of it is also framed prints, but the digitals are pricey, for good reason.

Plus it's Patrick Stewart ... I've grown up watching him on TV and really respect him as a film and stage actor. The $200 is totally worth it, especially since a lowly commoner like me will probably never meet him ever again. :\
