Ditto all of the above. Though do note that many of us get tables in the dealer's room, even if our publishers don't attend. And yes, unless things have changed we sell them during our signings. Often we also arrange off-schedule signings in the dealer's room with the vendors. When trying to get a book by your favorite author, feel free to ask. We don't mind.
